During our works ...
we must wacthing our thinkings and our Jitta ...
Keep our jitta... calm... light...happy inside...
while working at the same time...
Whenever we feel or sense that our Jitta is not calm... we will stop thinking and pay attention to our body movement...Sati at our hand our breath...
"Jitta and Thinking" can seperately work ..
Don't let your thinkings your inner voices activate or disturb you Jitta.
When your Jiita is not calming .... stop thinking .... try to watch your body (Sati ) ... think positively... think to the 3 laws of universe.....(Suffering / Unreal / Uncertainty)
Never ever use Jiita with Thinking .....
