Empathy คือ เห็นใจเขา เข้าใจเขา แต่ ตัวเรา จิตปกติ จิตว่าง มีสติ ไม่มีอคติ ไม่มีลำเอียง ไม่อิน
Sympathy คือ เห็นใจ เข้าใจ แต่ ตัวเรา มีอารมณ์ร่วมด้วย อินด้วย เจืออคติลำเอียงไปกับเขาด้วย
Empathy = understand , can tell how they feel but our Jitta is calm , still, light , ...., no prejudice, no bias, no emotional involved .... We can comment but with sati
Sympathy = understand , can tell how they feel but our Jitta is working .... uncalm , not still, heavy, tense, sad, joy,.... whatever .... We have emotional involved with their story and we lose our Sati .
